Do a Backflip1000+
It is pretty obvious what to do for this one, simply do a backflip. Use the X button to jump and as you are jumping hold down the L2 button and point the LEFT THUMBSTICK down at the same time, this will cause your goat to spin in the air doing a perfect backflip.
Do a Triple Jump2000+
To perform a triple jump you need to jump 3 times in succession of each other, this will allow you to jump higher and get over obstacles. To do this you need to be moving forward and as you jump using the X button this will allow you to jumping the air, as your goat is about to hit the ground again press the X button again and if you did it right he should jump higher. Do this 3 times in a row to get an extra boost and achieve the instinct.
Pin an Instinct500+
If you pin an Instinct to your screen this will allow you to see to see it on your screen forever until it is achieved or it is unpinned. This will help you not forget what you are currently doing, to Pin an Instinct simply press the TOUCHPAD button in the middle of your PS5 controller, this will open the menu. From here under the QUESTS menu you will see all the instinct you have available to you. Highlight one of these instincts and press the TRIANGLE button to pin it.
Reach Wrap Speed While Grinding1000+
To reach warp speed while grinding may sound little difficult but it really is not. To get this instinct you need to find any wire or surface that will allow you to grind on it, Telephone wires work really well. Jump on the wire and press the TRIANGLE button, this will cause your goat to grind on the wire Tony Hawk style and if you keep the highest speed you can go this should unlock, it should only take about 5 seconds to reach this speed.
Equip Something In all Wardrobe Slots2000+
It is very likely at the start of the game you will have an item for every slot to equip, if not you will easily find items around the world and by doing missions so this should not be difficult. To wear items press the TOUCHPAD button in the middle of your PS5 controller and go to wardrobe, simply fill all 7 slots with at least 1 item for this to unlock. It does not matter what item is selected as long as you have something equipped.
Do an Emote500+
Emotes are a fun and silly way to communicate in this game, to do this press RIGHT ARROW button on your controller and an emote tab will pop up. Select one of these using your THUMBSTICK and press the X button to preform the emote. It is suggested to do the dance emote as it is very cute and silly, this is a great way to communicate with other players in multiplayer and emotes are also used to get some other Instincts in the game.
Do a 720 Double Flip1000+
Some players may have difficulty doing this one however after multiple attempts it is very likely you will eventually achieve it. Using what you learned to do a backflip you must now do a double flip while turning at the same time. It is easiest to do this off a high surface such as a building, to make it easier I would suggest attempting a front flip as they tend to be easier to control. As you jump hold L2 and point the LEFT THUMB STICK forward but at a slight angle to add a bit of a rotation to your spin, if you have done this right after a few spins and you land you should get this instinct.
Use Water To Extinguish Yourself2000+
There are lots of times you will find yourself on fire during the game, this will mainly be caused by explosive such as propane tanks and red explosive barrels. If you headbutt one of these using the R2 button it will explode and cause you to catch on fire, simply run into any water source to extinguish yourself.
